The Georgetown Eagle Band and Color Guard is a historic and decorated program in Central Texas. For decades, the Eagle Band has wowed audiences and earned respect among adjudicators. As one of the only music programs in the state to win five consecutive marching band titles, the Georgetown Band has a rich heritage. Fielding a competitive marching band, two Winter Guard units, three concert bands, and a jazz band, the GHS Eagle Band and Color Guard is a proud part of the Georgetown community.

We are going to relentlessly chase perfection, knowing full well we will not catch it, because nothing is perfect.  But we are going to relentlessly chase it because in the process we will catch excellence.  We are not remotely interested in just being good.
